John “JP” de Jongh III holds a bachelor’s degree from American University in International Studies, concentrating on U.S. Foreign Policy. He began his career in financial operations in the healthcare sector, ultimately consulting to Cancer Treatment Centers of America, where he led performance-analysis initiatives and financial operations optimization across multiple oncology centers.

JP is co-owner of Sabroso Restaurant in St. Thomas, a vibrant local dining establishment which blends culinary creativity with community engagement. In addition to his business ventures, he serves as Vice President of the U.S. Virgin Islands Soccer Federation (USVISF), where he champions infrastructure development, financial governance and transparency, program development, youth outreach, and regional competitiveness.
Beyond his professional and civic commitments, JP is deeply invested in the growth and sustainability of the Virgin Islands.
JP resides on St. Thomas, VI with his family, where he balances his passion for sports, service, and island life.
