St. Thomas Properties, LLC (STP) is a locally owned, full-service property management company based in the U.S. Virgin Islands. We specialize in the acquisition and management of, and asset investment in, well-located shopping centers that serve as key retail and business hubs across St. Thomas.
The portfolio includes Nisky Center (119,809 SF), Vitraco Mall (55,646 SF), and Buccaneer Mall (87,730 SF), with STP managing more than 260,000 square feet of leasable retail and office space. These properties are supported by core management, administrative, and maintenance teams to ensure our responsiveness to our tenants.

Capital Improvements:
Investing in infrastructure upgrades, including energy efficiency, HVAC, and electrical modernization that achieve efficiency in property functions and aesthetic enhancements to maintain their appeal.
Community Engagement:
Supporting local events, cultural activities, and entrepreneurial ventures to strengthen ties between our shopping centers and the wider Virgin Islands community.
